I sent this to Sony today after a reflection on this year and next years release schedule. I know E3 will have surprises, but there are still things id love to see as an original fan of the brand. This email was sent to scea_media_hotline@playstation.sony.com
Dear Sony,
My name is Robert Major and I am the owner and webmaster of BN-Games.com. I would first like to say thank you for making great products, I have been a patron since day one of the release of the Sony PlayStation in North America. I would also like the company, as a whole, to know even though my website is a tiny operation that borderlines a hobby more than anything else at this point, we are huge advocates of Sony in the console war and are verbally active in converting the Microsoft crowd to our side. I understand we are a drop in the bucket of Websites and Groups who must verbally express their love for the brand and the products.
With that said, we have a few requests (Which im sure you have heard one million times over)we would like to push forward, food for thought more than anything else:
1.) Please team up with Square-Enix, and work out a deal to make a Console exclusive Final Fantasy VII remake. NOTHING would please us more.
2.) Please implement a way for us bottom feeders so we can express our opinions on your games and products. I know you have forums, which I post in frequently, but Id like to be able to copy some of my reviews where your customers can see them (Kind of like Amazon but with better functionality). Maybe even allow us to share the links to our individual site/blogs?
3.) Please develop a new Jet Moto, the PS3 feels naked without one.
4.) We love the Move, we also would love to see a Star Wars Jedi Knight IV with full motion support.
5.) We love the concept of HD re-releases of Old beloved PS2 classics, please continue this practice.
6.) Cross game chat would be nice…
7.) Kevin Butler deserves his own video game, just saying.
Thanks once again Sony, as a lifelong customer and towncrier of your products, I look forward to whats in store for the future of Sony and the PlayStation brand.
